You can level it up like Storage using SHAT
There are total 06 level of Mining Speed:
Level 0 – 0.01 SHAT/hour – Free
Level 1 – 0.015 SHAT/hour – 0.2 SHAT
Level 2 – 0.02 SHAT/hour – 1 SHAT
Level 3 – 0.025 SHAT/hour – 2 SHAT
Level 4 – 0.03 SHAT/hour – 5 SHAT
Level 5 – 0.05 SHAT/hour – 15 SHAT
